Campus Connect Program

Our campus Connect Program is a 1–2-year comprehensive engagement with Management Institutes with a tailored plan that caters to all the possible requirements. We also have add-on services like *international internships* and *international immersion programs* or *specialized programs* that can be included as part of the tailored engagement plans. The flow of the engagement ensures that students are proceeding armed with clarity and it goes up till the very end, with our placement support service.


Goal Setting and Career Mapping

Students will explore their motivations, identify mismatches between goals and efforts, set realistic goals, and receive actionable guidance. They will be guided regarding the roadmap that they need to follow to make smart decisions that are aligned to their goals. Industry Experience through Corporate Visit

This services brings a different experience for the students wherein they get the chance to interact with the leadership team of the organization in their office/board room, get to know about their latest development with the new trends and technologies and makes them stay ahead in the market. These visits are typically arranged in a smaller size of the students and focuses on a deep dialogues between students and industry leaders.

Summer Internship Program

Students will have the opportunity to intern with companies in India, gaining corporate exposure and practical, hands-on training. This ensures students understand business operations and enhances their career readiness.

Placement preparatory workshop

A 6–8-day intensive training program that explores all the specializations on your campus through the lens of the various entry level job profiles across each specialization. This workshop will offer real time skills and enhance employability, allowing students to aim for coveted profiles with practical knowledge under their belt. Delivered by a variety of industry experts with a final preparatory PI that offers crucial feedback.

Final Placement Assistance

Towards the end of our campus engagement, we focus on enhancing placement quality by targeting specialization-specific roles such as Marketing Research, Data Analytics, Financial Analysis, and more.
